- Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Tech Lead to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various AI domains and a proven track record of leading successful AI projects. Who you are: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists. Define the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust AI solutions leveraging Cloud platforms. Drive the research, development, and implementation of Machine Learning models, including Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing. Champion the exploration and adoption of Generative AI techniques and frameworks. Lead the development and deployment of Agentic AI systems and workflows. Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to deliver impactful AI-driven features and products. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and related technologies and evaluate their potential application within the company. Mentor and coach junior AI team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Participate in pre-sales activities and technical presentations to clients. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. Must have strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads. Must have deep hands-on experience in Data Science methodologies and techniques. Must have extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning models using various frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Must have proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models and techniques (e.g., Large Language Models, Diffusion Models). Must have practical hands-on experience in building and deploying Agentic AI systems. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Masters/Batchelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience with MLOps practices and tools. Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments at scale. Industry certifications in relevant Cloud and AI technologies.
