Greetings from CorroHealth! We are hiring AGM for HCC Medical Coding
Location: Coimbatore & Noida
Experience: 13+ Years
Current Designation should be a Sr Manager or above We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AGM Medical Coding professional to join our team in Coimbatore or Noida location. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience in medical coding, especially into HCC Specialty, with a proven track record of managing large teams of 150 to 200 coders. The candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, client handling experience, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and medical coding industry.Eligibility Criteria:
*13+ years of overall coding experience, out of which a minimum 5 years in team handling of a team size ranging between 150 200 team members.
*Should have any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong managerial, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage a team of 150+ to 200 coders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of medical coding tasks.
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical coding department, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
*Develop and implement coding strategies, workflows, and processes to optimize team performance.
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling client communication, queries, and escalations.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
*Conduct training and development programs for the coding team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
*Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.
*Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
