Content Writer - Life Insurance Company- Mumbai

Greetings!

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented content creator to develop clear, accurate and engaging story boards that supports internal operations, training, and process optimization content for the Operations Vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business operations, an ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly content and a passion for clarity and consistency. Having an insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the designing team to align content with business goals and target audience. - Work closely with cross-functional subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation. - Assist in the development and execution of content strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Develop high-quality content (long & short form) for training the operation workforce. - Create engaging scripts and storyboards for animated videos, chat bot and interactive content. - Copywriting for creating mailers, banners, other internal promotion content. - Research industry trends and competitors to ensure content is relevant and up to date. - Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Graduate/ PG in Mass Media Journalism, Advertising - Knowledge of Training content and Learning Management System (LMS), content promotion is an added advantage. - Familiarity with life insurance/ finance products and industry terminologies is a plus. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Proven experience in content creation (5-7 years)
