Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9 to 14 Years

Notice Period - Immediate to 60 Days

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Infra. Architect with 9 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITIL Process Consultant ServiceNow ITSM and will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM modules to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on infrastructure-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs configurations and processes.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM with proven experience in designing and implementing IT service management solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in infrastructure design implementation and maintenance best practices.
• Have a solid understanding of security and regulatory requirements related to infrastructure solutions.
• Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications RequiredITIL Process ConsultantServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent.
