Location: Hyderabad/ Gurugram/ Bengaluru

Designation: Analyst/Sr Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of the Client's business and functional domain, including their products, solutions, and underlying technology to effectively support fund operations.
2. Review and comprehend key organizational documents and operational workflows to ensure successful onboarding of Private Fund data into the Client platform.
3. Manage NAV calculations for Hedge Funds with precision, ensuring accurate fund valuation and investor reporting.
4. Possess a strong background in private capital markets, including Hedge Funds, private credit, real estate, or infrastructure, to provide informed insights and support.
5. Demonstrate expertise in fund accounting and operations, including a thorough understanding of various Private Fund structures, fee calculations, and carried interest.
6. Be well-versed in GAV/NAV calculations and the overall investor allocations process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage technology solutions for improved efficiency in fund operations.
8. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the Client's fund operations remain compliant and competitive.
9. Experience in implementing Private Fund data into financial platforms and familiarity with related software solutions.
10. Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing fund operations.

Criteria:1. Minimum of 2 to 10years of experience in fund accounting and operations, specifically in managing NAV calculations for Hedge Funds.
2. Strong background in private capital markets, including Hedge Funds, private credit, real estate, or infrastructure.
3. Proficiency in GAV/NAV calculations and investor allocations processes.
4. Well-versed in fee calculations and carried interest mechanisms.
5. Experience with financial technology platforms and data integration processes.
6. Analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and improve fund operations.

Shifts timings: EMEA (late UK shift Which includes Night shift)
