Key Responsibilities:

Develop and document comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of applications/dashboards/reports.

Collaborate closely with developers/business analysts to review requirements and ensure that test cases meet the needs of unit testing.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing detailed test cases and support to end users, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams, driving continuous improvement in product quality.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss testing strategies and ensure effective communication across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in Manual Testing, including test case development, execution, and defect tracking.

Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.

Working knowledge of Data Analytics/Data Science concepts and tools is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
