Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Permanent Work From Home)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and chats and handle escalation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via call and chat
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English.

Shifts:
Rotational shift including night shift
Any 9 hour during 24x7
6 working days with 1 rotational week off
Salary :
CTC 20K
In hand 16k
