Job Title: Power BI Developer
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: 3,50,000 4,50,000 + Annual Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Shift Timings: 6 PM 4 AM IST with 1 hour break (U.S. Shift)

Job Summary
As a Power BI Developer, you will take ownership of building and maintaining business intelligence solutions that are not only technically robust but also visually impactful. From designing custom dashboards to embedding them into web applications, your work will support strategic decision-making and elevate how data is consumed across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance Power BI dashboards with user-focused visualizations.
- Write complex DAX queries, Power Query (M language), and calculated measures for business logic.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, or other scripting tools.
- Develop and embed Power BI reports into front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Integrate data from external sources through APIs and RESTful services.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for dashboards, portals, and embedded solutions.
- Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
- Implement data governance, access control, and refresh strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, performance, and front-end behavior.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience working with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure (Data Factory, Power Automate, App Services) or similar cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage secure, scalable BI deployments in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
