Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an AR Caller - Denial Management at one of the top healthcare industries in Hyderabad & Bangalore. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Physician billing & hospital billing, including managing denials and ensuring accurate reimbursement from insurance companies.

 

Experience and Skills Required

Minimum 1+ Years of experience in AR Caller (Voice)
Knowledge of Physician billing & Hospital Billing and Denial Management
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Strong understanding of insurance claims and reimbursement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in medical billing software
Ability to work effectively in a team
Relevant certification in healthcare billing or related field
