Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Manager in the Defence vertical at Pramerica Life Insurance in Meerut. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing strategies to enhance market share within the Defence segment, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, providing leadership and training to the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Experience in market development and sales strategies Strong relationship management and customer service skills Leadership and team management capabilities Knowledge of the Defence sector and its specific insurance needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving growth Ability to work on-site in Meerut Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; an MBA is a plus,
