Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting Process orders, updates, and provide relevant information to customers Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction Document and track customer interactions using call center software Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary Meet performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to stay up to date with product and service knowledge Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism and patience Flexible and adaptable to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 hidden_mobile,
