Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP & Accounting (Z Order & Tally): Update and maintain purchase records in the ERP system (Z Order). Enter financial transactions in Tally and maintain accurate records. 3. Barcode Label Printing: Generate and print barcode labels for new inventory. Verify accuracy before attaching labels to products. 4. Document Management: Maintain organized filing of all purchase invoices and financial documents. Ensure easy retrieval of records for audits or reference. 5. Attendance Management: Regularly update and maintain attendance records of store staff. 6. Other Administrative Support: Assist in stock reconciliation with purchase records. Support the accounts team with bookkeeping and financial reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Tally and accountancy. Experience with ERP systems (Z Order preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
