Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Project Intern, you will assist a few projects in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment. This Internship is on payable basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Support the project team in documentation, reporting, and analysis.
- Conduct research, gather data, and help in preparing presentations.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the team.
- Help identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies.
- Adhere to company policies and project guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Post Graduation degree in [Business Administration, Commerce, HR etc.].
- Working Experience of 5+ years in Human Resource function is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
