Role: Radiation Safety Officer

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

What Youll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain radiation safety programs to protect patients, staff, and the public. 
  • Conduct regular inspections of nuclear medicine facilities to ensure compliance with safety protocols. 
  • Monitor radiation levels and maintain thorough records of radiation exposure for personnel and patients. 
  • Provide training and education to staff on radiation safety practices and emergency procedures. 
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning radiation safety. 
  • Respond to radiation emergencies and incidents, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiation safety technology and practices to enhance workplace safety.  .

What We Are Looking For:

  • M.Sc in Nuclear Medicine Technology with 2-5 years experience
  • Have strong understanding of Compliance and AERB guidelines
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with medical professionals
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care and ensuring patient safety
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
