JD Marketing Manager (Channel Partners / Dealers)
Responsibilities:
o Conduct extensive market research to identify potential channel partners and
dealers.
o Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard new partners.
o Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including training and support, to
facilitate effective partnership integration.
o Collaborate with partners to plan and execute sales activities aimed at
revenue generation.
o Monitor and support partners in their sales efforts, providing guidance and
assistance as needed.
o Work closely with partners to develop comprehensive business plans that
align with company sales goals.
o Support the execution of these plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet
specific market needs and sales targets.
o Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities.
o Develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies to
enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
o Regularly assess the sales performance of partners.
o Provide constructive feedback and recommend strategies for improvement
to enhance sales effectiveness.
o Conduct training sessions to educate partners on the company's product
portfolio and additional services offered.
o Ensure partners are well-informed and equipped to effectively promote and
sell the products.
Opportunities:

partner performance, and market insights.
Qualifications:
Education:
o MBA in Marketing or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
o 1 above of experience in industrial sales.
