Whether you're a fresher who's hungry to learn or someone with past experience in influencer marketing, this role could be the perfect next step in your journey. Responsibilities: - Source and shortlist creators (YouTube, Instagram). - Handle day-to-day coordination with influencers in Tamil, Telugu, and English. - Draft creator briefs, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. - Collaborate with the creative team for scripting, content direction, and ideation. - Track video performance and prepare basic reports (dont worrywell train you). - Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and managers. What We're Looking For: - 02 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships. - Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, and English both spoken and written. - Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple conversations at once. - A good understanding of regional creators and current content trends. - Highly organized with an eye for detail and timelines. - Bonus: If you've worked in an agency or directly with brands, tell us more!
