TA/DA as per policy. Location: Shimla Region / Mandi Region / Kangra Region / Sirmour Region. Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Cluster Heads to lead the business development and operations in cluster of 2-4 districts in the state of Himachal Pradesh for taking control over all the affairs of the society within the allocated jurisdiction. Responsibilities: a. To onboard the Business Associates (L3) in the districts of jurisdiction, facilitating in completing their foundation training with initial team of around 5 Service Managers for first five services. b. To jointly identify and onboard the Business Associates L2 at block level in association with the Business Associate L3. c. To jointly identify and onboard the Business Associates L1 at gram panchayat level in association with the Business Associate L2. d. To keep on opening the Branches at L3, L2 and L1 (District, Block & Panchayats) initially for the Financial Services as per SOPs. e. To facilitate inducting the new resources viz. Service Managers at Distt level; Service Officers at Block level and Service Associates at Panchayat level followed by their trainings as per the service roll out plan. f. To facilitate in membership promotion and formation of the Management Boards at Panchayats, Blocks and District level. g. Facilitating in streamline the functioning of Business Associates and Management Boards at all three levels viz. Panchayat, Block & Districts. h. To facilitate the Business Associates in meeting their service delivery and periodic business goals. i. To report to the Operation Head and seek guidance for smooth operations. j. Anything else as per needs of the society and advice of the management / reporting head. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferably in business or in related field. 10 + years of experience in an executive role, preferably in similar role or position. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of cooperative governance, finance, and performance management principles. Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, and people management. Outstanding time management skills. Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Relevant certification in business administration or equivalent experience in cooperative / corporate management. Collaboration skills for establishing positive working relationships. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish business objectives. Qualities: Motivator and a great leader.
