Job Description

Job Purpose: To assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing plant, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Support: Assist in routine and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues with electrical components. Support senior engineers in carrying out maintenance schedules and repairing faulty equipment. Troubleshooting and Repair: Aid in diagnosing electrical problems and implementing effective solutions. Work with team members to repair or replace defective electrical parts. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities. Equipment Monitoring: Monitor the performance of electrical systems using diagnostic tools. Record and report any anomalies or malfunctions to the senior maintenance team. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks. Participate in safety training programs and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Learn to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Stay updated with the latest electrical maintenance techniques and industry standards. Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices. Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Ability to work well in a team environment.
