Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead and Demo Coordinator located in Rajarhat. The Lead and Demo Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing demo sessions, coordinating with potential leads, and providing follow-up support to ensure conversions. Daily tasks include scheduling demos, tracking lead progress, maintaining communication records, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies. Qualifications Experience in lead management and coordination Strong organizational and scheduling skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Previous experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,
