Responsibilities: Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with vendors Travel booking Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Helping prepare for meetings Provide general administrative support Create report on daily basis and submit it to the Founder Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to CEO/Founder Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Should be excellent in Advanced Microsoft Excel Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills,
