Designation: Customer Relationship Manager (Full-Time) Location: Lucknow Salary: 12,000 15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM system, ensuring smooth communication with our clients, and building long-term relationships that drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer records in the CRM system. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation and customer retention efforts. Prepare reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making. Help in developing strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus.
