QA Test Lead As a QA Test Lead at TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will lead the QA team in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Role QA Test Lead Experience 5 to 7 years Location Mumbai Work Mode On Site Work Type Full Time Position Overview: As a QA Test Lead at TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will lead the QA team in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement effective test plans, strategies, and processes to ensure thorough testing of software applications. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure the team meets testing objectives and deadlines. Test Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct and participate in test case reviews to maintain high standards of quality. Defect Management: Manage the identification, logging, and tracking of software defects. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and facilitate the resolution of defects. Reporting and Communication: Generate and communicate test status reports to project stakeholders, including detailed metrics and analysis. Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Integrate best practices and industry standards to optimize testing methodologies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the development life cycle. Qualifications: Proven experience as a QA Test Lead or similar role in a software development environment. In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Familiarity with test management tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.,
