Job Description

    We are hiring a dedicated and assertive Telecaller for Loan Collection who will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan payments, reminding them of their due dates, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring recovery in a timely and professional manner.

     

    • Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue loan payments.

    • Explain loan terms, outstanding amounts, penalties, and repayment options.

    • Persuade and negotiate repayment plans based on customer situations.

    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and commitments.
