- Catalyze Center for Learning Pvt Ltd., is a leading Online education provider, serving a diverse client base and in various verticals of education. We are looking for subject experts in Hindi. The Candidate must be prepared to work minimum 6 hours per day between 4PM TO 11PM. This is a work from home opportunity, Candidates working in other institution during the day (School/College) need not apply. We are looking for Committed Faculty with a passion for teaching, with a focused approach towards student improvement. The Candidate must be able to handle School Curricula from 9th to 12th Grade as well as competitive exams and other entrance exam curriculum. The Tutor will be taking live classes online using his/her computer from their respective locations. The tutor is responsible for Teaching the curriculum and training the students by providing lectures, questions and past papers. "Education Is Not Preparation For Life; Education Is Life Itself." - John Dewey Responsibilities and Duties Expectations from a Teacher at Catalyze -An online tutor is a subject expert and will be required to 1) Deliver classes online either one on one or in a group class format 2) Assess the students periodically and maintain a student record 3) Provide the student with past papers and practice questions to equip the student to handle the exam 4) Previous teaching and tutoring experience is highly preferred. 5) Since this is an online tutoring position, applicants are required to have their own computers and with good internet connection. 6) Should have good command over the subject and good at handling online tools 7) Loves to follow Processes & Must be willing to learn new Curricula & experiences. MS Excel Knowledge is essential. 8) Dedicated and Passionate Qualifications and Skills Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications A post graduate degree, M.Phil. or PhD in the relevant subject Teaching experience in an offline or online environment is preferred. Must be adaptable with technology. Must possess a laptop, power back up and a high speed internet connection. Must be willing to work on flexible hours. In house training will be provided on hiring. Experience : People with experience in schools/colleges who are on a break and want to restart their career this is an excellent opportunity. 3-5 years experience recommended.
