- Job Overview: AP Guru, a leading online education technology company providing one-on-one tutoring for courses like IB, AP, A-Level, and SAT/ACT prep, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Expert. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality in our live tutoring sessions by reviewing recordings, interacting with teachers, and ensuring the values upheld in our online classes align with the company's ethos. Responsibilities: Review Live Tutoring Recordings: Thoroughly assess recorded tutoring sessions to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to teachers. Interact with Teachers: Communicate expectations and quality standards to teaching staff. Foster a collaborative environment by offering support and guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness. Notify Issues and Expectations: Regularly communicate with teachers to address any identified issues promptly. Clearly articulate expectations and standards for maintaining quality in online classes. Uphold Company Values: Ensure that the values and principles upheld by AP Guru in online education are reflected in every tutoring session. Act as a guardian of the company's commitment to excellence and student satisfaction. Liaison with the Training Team to Provide Training and Support: Offer additional training or resources to teachers to enhance their delivery and adherence to quality standards. Be available to address queries and concerns related to quality control. Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the management team to share insights on the overall quality of tutoring sessions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Previous experience in quality control or a similar role in the education industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teachers and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying areas of improvement. Familiarity with online education platforms and tutoring methodologies. Commitment to upholding the values and standards of AP Guru. Salary: Rs 18 ,000 - 20,000 per month,
