Role Description
Required an experienced individual who shall be involved in acquisition and growth of partnership business Brokers, Corporate Agents, Insurance Marketing Firms, HNI Agency.
This is a full time Strategic partnership management role located in Mumbai / Delhi NCR / WFH at Bandhan Life.
Key Focus and responsibilities:
Qualification and competency:
Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Online Partnership / Business Development role / Growth Head role.
Should have experience in being part of strategic alliances team in financial sector. Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
Analyzing Business needs and aligning stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions, and strategy
Enhancing the quality of business and services
Preparing impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects.
Decision-making skills
The candidate should be resourceful and demonstrate a through understanding of key performance matrics on various channels.
Required skills includes:
Acquisition of long term strategic partnerships with sustainable volume based business. Formulate strategies and ability to tweak as per market conditions.
Scope out and identify new platforms, tools, systems to improvise performance
Analytical and problem solving Skills
Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills through data driven approach. The candidate should be able to understand the market dynamics in existing architecture of partnership and recommend products and propositions to suit their requirements and scale up business, should be able to channelize campaigns with estimating budgets, evaluation of performance from each channel and forecasting.
Technical Skills
Required basic understanding of partner integration and customer journey
Skill to understand and monitor analytical dashboard.
Efficient in using presentation and database tools such as PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Collaborative Skills & Stakeholder Management:
Skill to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and various levels of the organization.
Work closely with the concerned teams to set goals, report to senior management for campaign status, collaborate with the design team to produce channel-appropriate campaign briefs and creative assets.
Communication Skills:
Having good communication skills (both verbal and written) is a mandate. This being a team-player role, a performance marketing manager is expected to chart out goals and contribute towards goal achievement
