- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing Hurix's innovative instructional design solutions.
- Understand client needs and craft customized solutions that address both explicit and implicit requirements.
- Create compelling, error-free proposals that effectively pitch Hurix as the preferred partner.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of proposals, presentations, case studies, and success stories.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure alignment with Hurix's brand messaging.
- Regularly report on pre-sales performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Embrace AI and other advanced technologies to enhance the pre-sales process and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Skills in the spotlight
- 5- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, instructional design (Enterprise Learning/Higher-Ed), or related fields.
- A proven track record of creating successful proposals and winning business deals is preferable.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions that captivate clients and address their needs effectively.
- Solution-First Approach: Focus on understanding client challenges and crafting tailored solutions that drive value and results.
