Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Data Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in management roles.
Proficiency in cost optimization strategies.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in DevOps practices, containerization.
Experience in managing and developing a team, providing clear direction and support.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, MS Fabric, and Snowflake.
Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven organization.
Continuous learner with a passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements.
Proven track record of designing and implementing highly reliable Data Engineering solutions.
