Job Description
Amadi Beach Front Resort is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong English fluency (both verbal and written), and basic computer proficiency. This position is open to all candidates based in Goa (preferably North Goa). Applicants from other locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing guests with accurate rate information, package details, and other booking-related assistance.
- Manage the resorts main phone line, responding to room bookings, corporate inquiries, and guest concerns in a professional manner.
- Convert leads into confirmed reservations by entering bookings into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage all OTA channels, handle rates, promotions and respond to reviews on platforms.
- Work with charters and tour agents to facilitate guest bookings.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions for both internal tracking and guest reference.
- Assist with updating and managing hotel rate plans and implementing sales strategies.
- Support corporate bookings, group reservations, and special event coordination as needed.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as email management, organizing sales data in Excel, and monitoring booking performance.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience through prompt and accurate responses.
Qualifications and Skills
- Based in Goa (North Goa preferred).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Excel and email platforms.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, rate planning, and sales processes.
- Experience using Property Management Software (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to maintain efficient operations.
Preferred Experience
- 12 years in sales or customer service, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with hotel booking systems and reservation procedures.
