Job Title: DevOps Engineer

CTC: Up to 10LPA

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and enabling faster product releases through DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Maintain containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability through monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

Implement security best practices across infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and reduce deployment risks.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructure and scripting (Bash, Python).

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.

Proficient in managing AWS cloud platform.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Experience with monitoring/logging tools.

Version control using Git.

Good to Have

Experience with service Helm charts, or ArgoCD.

Exposure to security standards and compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).

Experience with performance/load testing tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

DevOps or cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA) are a plus.
