Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in domestic non-voice processes or similar roles (email processing).
Strong understanding of email etiquette and professionalism when communicating with customers.
Ability to work independently from office location in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Minimum 6 months experience required from chat or email process.
Salary Range- 25k CTC
