Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can primarily handle finance operations and also support basic HR activities . The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a dual-function role. Preferably males.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance :

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities (billing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations).
  
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking and record keeping.
  
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  
• Assist in payroll processing and financial documentation.

HR Support :

• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  
• Help with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  
• Maintain HR databases and employee records.
  
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  
• Support basic HR compliance activities (attendance tracking, policy updates).
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles; HR experience is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
