Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET MVC.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and create technical roadmaps.
  
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions using problem analysis techniques.
  
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in .NET Core.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, strategic thinking, decision making, management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server databases.
  
• Excellent problem analysis skills with ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.

• Project planning and resource allocation
• Code reviews and enforcing coding standards
