Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all project objectives are met.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and status updates to stakeholders and team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide timely reports to stakeholders, highlighting any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Conduct project meetings, facilitate discussions, and manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, specifications, and change requests.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Continuously evaluate project processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the IT software and solutions domain.
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
Ability to effectively manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
