Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Remote (India)

Work From Home | U.S. Real Estate Company | Fluent English Required

Were a California-based real estate investment company looking for an experienced, creative, and highly communicative AI engineer to join us remotely from India.

This is not a one-off project this is a chance to work directly with the CEO and help build intelligent tools that will revolutionize how homes are bought, analyzed, and sold.

What You'll Do:

Build predictive models to identify investment-grade properties (think: distressed, undervalued, off-market)

Integrate AI into our marketing, CRM, and data ops

Work on automating manual business processes with AI

Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategy and execution

Lay the groundwork for tools that may be licensed to other firms

What Were Looking For:

3+ years in real-world AI, machine learning, or automation (Python, TensorFlow, etc.)

Strong understanding of applied AI (not just academic)

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Experience with data extraction, NLP, or lead scoring a bonus

Passion for real estate and long-term thinking

Compensation:

Monthly pay

Long-term role with profit-sharing potential

Full remote flexibility (India-based only)
