About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of the Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) initiative within a large-scale Healthcare IT transformation program. This role is critical in managing cross-functional deliveries across multiple hospital systems and vendors, ensuring the seamless exchange of healthcare data, strong governance, and compliance with security and interoperability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Integration Platform across multiple hospitals and systems.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with organizational and clinical priorities.
- Drive program governance, budget adherence, and milestone tracking across all workstreams within EIP program.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Clinical, IT, Security, Operations) and external vendors to define clear roles, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
- Manage multi-vendor integration efforts, ensuring timely resolution of dependencies, blockers, and risks.
- Facilitate weekly and ad hoc program calls with participating systems to track progress and resolve issues.
Integration Platform Management
- Work closely with the architecture team on defining and enforcing data standards and security policies.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensuring implementation of data security policies, especially for sensitive patient information exchange.
- Track program KPIs, produce status reports, and present updates to leadership and governance boards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Program/Project Management in complex IT programs, preferably in Healthcare IT.
- 5+ years managing Enterprise Integration Projects with experience in platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, etc.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), patient data privacy, and interoperability frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and secure API management.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel-based tracking.
Preferred:
- PMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile/Scaled Agile certification.
- Experience working with hospital systems, HIS, LIS, and EMR/EHR integrations.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution style.
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
