Job Description

We are hiring for

Analytical thinking Ability to investigate and resolve open items of reconciliations
Attention to detail Ensures accuracy in processing reconciliations and reporting
Problem-solving Handles escalations, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions
Excel skills Working knowledge of Excel
Communication skills Effectively interacts with Onshore team, internal stakeholders, and auditors
Process improvement mindset Identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
Time and priority management Manages multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
At least 18 months of experience in Treasury or Cash management process
Experience using finance or ERP systems
Exposure to cash management, bank reconciliation and cash trackers
Prior experience in a shared services or outsourcing environment

Basic knowledge of Lloyds and London market practices
