Job Description

Role & responsibilities

>Establish and lead functional testing practices within an agile Salesforce development environment.

>Define, document, and execute Requirement-Based Testing (RBT) strategies, with an initial focus on developing regression test suites.

>Actively engage in test planning, design, and execution for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds.

>Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure testing coverage and quality assurance objectives are met.

>Leverage Jira X-Ray for test management, issue tracking, and reporting.

>Provide insights and recommendations to continuously enhance quality and testing maturity within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred candidate profile

>Proven experience as a Functional Test Lead within Salesforce environments, particularly Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds.

>Proficient in Jira X-Ray and Requirement-Based Testing (RBT) methodologies.

>Demonstrated ability to build robust regression testing frameworks and scripts from scratch.

>Comfortable working closely with international development teams in an agile setting.

>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
