UI/UX Designer @ Axium Global

Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and visually appealing user interfaces, improving user flows and conducting usability tests to validate design choices. Youll work closely with development teams to ensure your designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy, maintaining a strong focus on usability, accessibility and brand consistency. Your contributions will directly impact user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis
  
• Translate concepts into visually compelling and functional UI designs
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers and QA
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital products
  
• Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders for feedback and approval
  
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools and technologies
  
• Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
  
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
  

Qualifications and Experience Required

Technical Proficiency:

• 12 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Experience in building interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools
  
• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, color theory and layout principles
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development for design collaboration
  
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-platform design is best practice
  
• Ability to conduct and analyse user research, A/B testing and usability testing
