Role & responsibilities
Arrange domestic and international travel for staffs and management people
Book flights, Trains, Bus, hotels, transportation, and travel insurance.
Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies and budgets.
Assist with visa processing, passport renewals, and travel permits.
Ensure all travel documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain compliance with immigration and corporate travel regulations.
Act as a single point of contact for travelers before and during their trip.
Provide support in case of travel disruptions, emergencies, or changes.
Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels as needed.
Prepare cost estimates and travel budgets.
Monitor travel expenses and reconcile invoices.
Generate regular travel reports for management.
Maintain relationships with travel service providers.
Negotiate rates and contracts with airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
Maintain a database of travel itineraries, expenses, and vendor details.
Track frequent traveler information (loyalty programs, preferences).
Preferred candidate profile
Strong Communication skill in English
Hindi speaking candidates preferable
