Location- Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon/Chennai
Responsibilities
- Functional expertise about all Workday modules
Extensive experience as Workday functional SME
Extensive overall years of experience
Workday certified is a plus
Lead/Architect experience preferred
Workday Extend knowledge is a plus
Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday
Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality & configuration
Impart training to users on Workday
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- BE/MBA/M.Tech/MBA/BSC/MSC
Should have experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical.
Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.
Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
Good communication and customer facing skills.
Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
