UI/UX Designer Location: In Office Mumbai (Hybrid Role) Experience: 1+ year Type: Full-time About Us Kennect is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that automates incentive compensation for businesses, offering real-time dashboards and nudges. We are on a mission to simplify sales performance management, making it more transparent and engaging. Role Overview We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our platform. This role will have a strong focus on user research, wireframing, prototyping, and implementing modern UI designs that enhance usability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Sketch. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable design improvements. Design intuitive and modern UI components that enhance the overall user experience. Ensure consistency in visual style and usability across the product. Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices for B2B SaaS products. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Requirements ? 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern UI patterns. Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions. ? Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
