Job Description

Nutralife Foods LLP is hiring a dedicated Zonal Sales Manager East India to spearhead the expansion of Heeva brand products across West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh. This role is vital for accelerating growth in both rural and urban markets, building strong distribution networks, and driving Heeva's visibility in the region.


Location:

Base location: Kolkata / Bhubaneswar / Patna / Ranchi
(Open to travel across all Eastern states)


Role & responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales targets for East India zone
  • Manage and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
  • Appoint and manage distributors and super stockists
  • Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies in both GT and MT segments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, retail chains, and channel partners
  • Monitor sales performance, schemes, budgets, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with NSM and cross-functional teams for demand planning, trade marketing, and logistics
  • Ensure strong market feedback, reporting, and adherence to company SOPs
  • Represent the brand at regional expos or B2B activations, if required

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 1015 years of experience in East Indian FMCG markets
  • Fluency in regional languages such as Bengali, Odia, Hindi, or Bhojpuri is highly preferred
  • Must have excellent knowledge of channel management and distributor handling
  • Strong leadership, communication, and market execution abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned states
