Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data models and Power BI reports to provide actionable business insights. You will work with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and create powerful visualizations using DAX and Power BI's advanced features. This position requires extensive experience with data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power BI best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of experience working with Power BI, including extensive hands-on experience in data modeling and writing DAX formulas.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Power Query, DAX, Power BI Report Server).
• Knowledge on SQL for querying databases and creating complex joins and aggregations.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, including time intelligence functions, complex aggregations, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with integrating Power BI with other tools such as Azure, SQL Server, and cloud-based platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.

• Data Modeling: Solid understanding of best practices for data modeling and the ability to design scalable, high-performance models.

• Business Intelligence Best Practices: Familiarity with industry best practices for BI development, including data security, performance optimization, and reporting standards.
