Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
Work on BPO voice projects for international clients across various industries.
Utilize strong telecalling skills to effectively communicate with customers over phone or email.
Demonstrate proficiency in Malayalam language (written & spoken).
