 Business Development Manager

Job Description

    Role Summary:
    As a Business Development Manager Corporate Gifting, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and delivering bespoke luxury gifting solutions tailored to each client's brand and requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, design, and logistics to ensure the highest standards of service and seamless execution for every order.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential corporate clients across various industries for luxury gifting opportunities.

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, marketing, procurement teams, etc.).

    • Offer consultative selling to understand client needs and provide personalized gifting solutions.

    • Coordinate with in-house procurement and design teams to curate and customize premium gift collections.

    • Oversee order fulfillment in collaboration with the logistics team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously enhance offerings.

    • Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

    Eligibility

    • Minimum 25 years of experience in lead generation and B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, luxury goods, or related industries.
    • Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders and managing end-to-end corporate client relationships with a consultative approach
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence in presenting solutions to clients
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
    • Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends and luxury branding.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings or events, if required.
