Ecommerce Operations Specialist @ Shivaye Venture

Job Summary: BolsterBiz seeks a proactive and experienced Ecommerce Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, independence, and a results-driven mindset to support and enhance our e-commerce and logistics operations. Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via email and chat with exceptional professionalism. Collaborate with manufacturers, couriers, and other stakeholders in our business. Manage POs, refunds, discounts, inventory, and damage trackers. Operate Shopify for order management and inventory control. Assist in creating and refining processes and implementing strategic solutions. Support online marketing efforts using tools like Canva, Pinterest, and Instagram. Requirements: At least 2 years of international customer support experience (non-voice preferred). Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of 3PL and e-commerce operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with online shopping trends and tools (Canva, social media marketing). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. A proactive, curious, and independent work ethic. Open to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
