Distribution Specialist for Hospitality @ Shivaye Venture

Job Title: Distribution Specialist - Hospitality Industry Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Job Type: Full-time Company Description RedSKY Hospitality, is a Revenue Management Support company, that supports over 100 hotels across India, Australia, New Zealand and Kenya. We focus on increasing room nights, ADR, and RevPAR for our clients, with a track record of contributing a healthy increase of business ranging from 35% to 50%. Our expertise also includes GDS platforms and OTAs. We pride ourselves on conducting operations with simplicity and transparency to deliver value in financial implications. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize hotel's online content setup across multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and hotel website. 2. New OTA Contracting for our clients. 3. Channel manager set up and mapping of online channels for accurate distribution of rates and inventory. 4. Apply promotions and volume drivers on electronic channels as defined by the revenue team. 5. Load pricing by day as defined by the revenue manager. 6. Conduct content audit to ensure content parity across channels. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with OTA account managers and other distribution partners. Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or a related field. 2. Graduate in Hotel Management 3. Work experience with channel managers like Staah & SynXis 4. Strong understanding of revenue management principles and online travel agencies (OTAs) extranet backends 5. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills 6.
