They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls/emails to potential clients. Maintain and expand your database of prospects Perform effective online demos to prospects Provide Post Sales Support to the clients Handle end-user queries related to the software solution. Work closely with the team on pitches for business Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions and fulfill customer requirements Understand and capture customers business and technical requirements Act as the bridge between sales and development / product teams Required Professional Expertise Bachelors Degree with proven sales experience.
