Job Description

    Seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven success in the US staffing market to drive new business and build client relationships within the United States.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prospect US clients for staffing solutions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Present value propositions and negotiate contracts.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Track sales activities and report progress.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of US staffing business development experience.
    • Proven record of exceeding sales goals in the US market.
    • Strong understanding of the US staffing landscape.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
